When will I receive my 360 Premium Club Card?
We strive to mail out all 360 Premium Cards within 3-5 business days.
Your welcome kit will contain your new 360 Premium Card which you should carry with you so that you can save everytime you shop, dine or entertain.

I forgot to use my 360 Premium Club Card on my last visit -- Do I still receive the discount?
Unfortunately it's not possible to receive a discount after your last visit.  We encourage you to have your 360 Premium Club Card with you.

I've lost my 360 Premium Club Card.  What should I do?
If you have misplaced your 360 Premium Club Card, please contact us.

If I lost my 360 Premium Club Card, is there a replacement charge?
Yes, if you purchased a 1-year membership card you will have to pay $21.  If you purchased a 2-year membership card, you'll have to pay $35

Do I need to carry my card with me when I dine?
Yes, to take advantage of the great savings from our partners, you will need to have your 360 Premium Club Card with you and show it to the vender in order to get the discount.
Some partners may also ask you for valid ID.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?
No. We respect the privacy of our 360 Premium Club cardholders, so all personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with other companies.
